Hello My name is Greg ***********. We have a ******* Generator ***** ********that we took into Small Engine Doc this Fall- around August. On November 7th he told my wife that it would be 1-2 weeks to get the needed parts and get us back our Generator. The owner Josh has told us he continues to have issues getting parts for it. I personally have called and spoke with him multiple times about getting it fixed. Around Dec. He broke off a punch in the Stator for the Motor, which after another personal discussion where I had to go to the business, he said they would pay to repair. The last conversation was on Jan 23rd when he said he would call me back and let me know when ******* would send him the part so that we could finally get our generator back. As of today Feb. 23rd we have still not heard back from him. Assuming a Month should have been enough time to get this part and the generator fixed. He will not respond and will only give out information if we personally go into the business.

We have contacted Mr. ********** telling him his unit is complete.  We did not receive the part until last week, however we had other projects that had to be completed before completing the generator.  Unfortunately the generator was not covered under warranty since Small Engine Doc is not a ******* service center.  ******* did send us the seal for free, however they did not cover the labor costs.  The total for the repair is $****** and we are only accepting cash at this time.
