      Charges to my card were attempted on numerous dates from January 2023-present, I provided all information needed to verify I am me, they then wanted me to mail them by USPS copies of my Drivers License and Social Security card and a utility bill with my address on it before they would report the charges as fraudulent and issue a new card to me, I have no desire to send my information like that so that anyone has access to it, my identity is already being used fraudulently! They have had my same phone number on the account since opened, but would not send me a code to authorize them access to my account, they said they couldn’t verify it was my phone number, which they have used in the past to contact me! They sent me an email to inform me of these charges, but they couldn’t e-mail me now for some reason, and they closed my account, without reporting those charges, and I am not paying for them. I will gladly pay for the charges I authorized and that’s it. I have never dealt with customer service like this before. It is ridiculous that I am the one that has to put my identity out there in the mail, that gets delivered to wrong addresses or anyone has access to it when I have verified more for them than I do at work for HIPAA practices! I want my account adjusted, I want my account closed and I want my credit report adjusted to the correct balance and I want the fraudulent charges reported to the protest authorities. Thank you

      My ******* credit card was charged $******* for a ********* charge by some business. I contacted ********* and they confirmed this was fraud and should have never been charged by ******* but ******* will not reverse this charge after investigating it. I have never had a ********* account. I need this resolved please.

      The bank issues a card by the name ******* which is a credit card and when I initially got the card the Apr rate was at like ** Apr every two months they raise my APR rate by *** percent which is unacceptable, and it is consumer fraud Apr rates are only to be raised every 12 months and not every two months. I am requesting a refund from the business from the excessive amount of interest since the day of the start that the interest started going up every two months. It is unacceptable, and then I call in the customer service line, and they tell me it's because of the prime rate the prime rate does not go up every twp months I was also not notify all those times that my interest rate would go up every two months either electronically or by mail.

      I see a card open in my credit report from ******* ********* a credit card issue by first trust and bank I sent them my identify theft report and police report I never open am account and this account is product of identity theft I want this account remove from my credit file

      FB&T******** is reporting a credit card account on my credit reports. This account is not mine. I've contacted FB&T so many times to report that this account isn't mine when the account was reported to me as newly opened by the credit bureaus. But FB&T******** never did anything. Therefore, I need this account to be immediately deleted from all my credit files on all credit bureaus immediately.
      The last 4 of my social security number is ****.
