      We recently moved to a new home and so we contacted Rainbow in Little Chute/Appleton, WI to move the playset we purchased a couple years earlier. The move was a disaster and after multiple attempts at getting even a partial refund, the representative I spoke to never followed up (3 or more times I had talked to him). The person that came to move my playset left ruts in my grass and drove on my mound and septic system to save himself from walking an extra 25'. I'm considering having these things inspected for damages and seeking legal compensation. The playset is not level and shakes when anyone is using it. Additionally, the entire structure was tweaked in the move and is no longer square. If pictures are needed, I can send those. I'm asking for more than the move costed due to the damages to my lawn and possible damages to my septic system.

      My playset has been invaded by orange fungus that is damaging a support. I am concerned about the safety of the set. Can you please help?

      Hello! **** has been in contact with the ******* *********** in NH. Mark is providing **** with a quote for the item that needs to be replaced. It is my understanding that the fungus came from the leg being rotten and then applying a coat of stain over the rotting wood. Thanks!

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      The set was sealed and stained before the rot happened.  I noticed the rot and fungus just recently.   

      Yes, **** has told me that it will be nearly $500- to replace the fungus infested beam, but that seems a bit high for one beam.   I am concerned that the cross piece for this a frame will go next.  It doesn't seem right that just because the set was given to me that I have no recourse and have to pay five hundred dollars for 1 beam and another four hundred for a safety inspection.

      Hello, The customer is not the original purchaser of the swing set, as stated, it was gifted to her. Rainbow Play Systems, Inc. only offers warranty to the original purchaser. However, as stated, she can purchase parts through the distributor that is an independently owned company and sets their own pricing. Thanks!
