    Bought a 2011 Ram 3500 dually from Joel. When I test drove it before the sale noticed the transmission was acting up between 4 and 5th gear. Mentioned it to him and he told me that engine has a power tuner and that the transmission hadn't been programmed to match the engine. I didn't know any better so I took his word for it. I got the truck home and took it to Automatic Transmission and Gear, they told me transmission was junk and needed to be rebuilt. Talked to Joel about it and he threw the "As-Is" several times in the conversation. I talked to a lawyer about it and basically was told it was basically fighting word of mouth since nothing was put into writing. Called Joel back to tell him I want to bring the pickup back since it was less than a week old after I had bought it and he said he wouldn't take it back since as he claimed that I must have ruined the transmission. Then I mentioned about having talked to a lawyer in the hopes that would bring some sense to this and his wife gets on the phone and starts screaming at me about how they will get their lawyers after me and that I would never win because they have gone through this before and they didn't lose then and no way they will lose this fight. Long story short I bought a new truck just to put a new $7000 transmission in it. What a dirty underhanded dealership. Obviously will never buy from them ever again and I will tell everyone I know about these crooks.
