This company has processed 5 payday with my stolen identity information. I have contacted them several times and they claim I don't have any accounts with them and they can't help me. This is very suspicious because my credit monitoring service has now tracked and reported multiple of these loans by Buffalo Lake Lending. I have never contacted or applied for a pay-day or any loan with Buffalo Lake Lending or their affiliates. I contacted Buffalo Lake Lending with an Equifax (IDX) credit specialist on the line and the Buffalo Lake Lending representative stated they have no accounts with my info which the IDX representative said was very suspicious.This company is a fraud and making fraudulent loans with stolen info and refuse to remove my information or stop making loans using my identity. I am rejecting this response because I do not want Buffalo Lake Lending to share any of my personal details, if they have any on a public platform. I have called you several times and each time I have been told you don't have any record of my SSN. This is strange since my credit profile keeps getting alerted from loans initiated my Buffalo Lake Lending. I am informing you that you are using stolen identity information for a ****** ******* *** ******** ******* Savannah, GA with my SSN. I have already initiated corrective action with Clarity Services and locked my credit file.

I got a loan through them and I asked them to take me off autopsy as I had other means of paying. First they told me on the phone I could not take away my authorization. Then I sent them a formal email. They told me I was too late for that time but they would stop it for all payments thereafter. This is the third one they have taken out and I just want to say I will NEVER use them again and I am warning other people as well.Business Response

In March I took out a 600 dollar loan, my dad had just passed and I needed help getting him cremated and other things related to it that just kept adding up, As of today I have paid over 1000 dollars with 567 dollars left until the end of the loan, which means I have been only paying about 10 dollars. I paid off a loan in full December 12. Buffalo Lake Lending is continuing to debit my account every month. I have called them and they apologized and told me they would refund the amount. I took out a loan for $1000, I have since paid back $1008 and they still say I owe $957. The interest rates are against the law in my state. This is predatory lending. Furthermore, I have emailed the company from my email and on their website revoking ACH withdrawal authorization and they continue to withdraw my bank account. I emailed the company on 3/23 to correct a mistake on the loan documents and update the correct date for the loan agreement. They emailed back requesting information which was sent to them. On 4/8 I received an email stating "Once 4/7 payment clears we will be able to update your pay dates". They again pulled out of my account on the wrong date, and has now cost me $** in fees with my financial institution due to this. I contacted the company and the representative informed me that it was my fault and I should have followed up to ensure this was completed by calling their company after 3 business days. No where in the communication with the company did it state to call and follow up. Then a supervisor told me that I need to call after this payment processing in 3 business days to escalate this. As far as the fees this has now cost me, I have to put in a request, but its likely I will not be reimbursed for charges this has cost me in my bank account.
