    I had ****** work on my 2004 Excursion twice.
    First time was to replace all the injectors spark plugs I think some turbo work and a few other miscellaneous items. I don't know in whole of what he did because I have not received a breakdown of repairs even though I have asked several times. this cost me $14,000.
    once I had the truck back it ran well for maybe a month before more problems not sure if they were connected to the original work or not but regardless ****** suggested it needed a new head gasket so I hired him for $9,000 to do the head gaskets.
    He quoted me two weeks it took nearly 4 months.
    during that time ****** failed horribly at communication and even ghosted me at times. once we would speak he would have excuses for his poor communication but really no solid answers about why it took him so long to get my truck done.
    once I finally got it back I took it to Sioux City with the wife for a date night to see how it ran. And I kid you not we couldn't even make it out of Sioux City before it broke down again.
    originally the source of our breakdown is still unknown something electrical. The truck just wouldn't turn over.
    He happened to be in the area came by and looked at it and somehow we got it started.
    it then started having transmission issues heading home. went into limp mode and won't come out of third gear now. ****** is saying he did nothing with the transmission and this is a new unrelated problem to all the other work that he did.
    though when he brought my truck back to me from Sioux falls where he is from to LeMars where I am from it took him nearly 5 hours. He claims he was doing work and so he had to pull over. periodically to do some work remotely and then get back on the road. now having these transmission issues I believe that story a little less but have no way of proving otherwise. I paid 24000 to this company and my truck still does not run.
