    Complete Trash deserve Zero stars
    Stay away from Showcase Cabinetry
    My cabinets came in horrible quality and some damaged.
    In April 2024 cabinets tried get installed as the installer stopped as it was horrible quality and lots of misperfection.
    May 2924. rep came to new construction home .it's January 28th 2025 nothing has been done by my dealer or Manufacturer being Showcase. I'm out of 42k with damaged kitchen and neither parties care to fix the problem. Basically everyone got their money and couldn't careless regards the buyer who can't move in her new construction and out of 42k.
    Most disgusting company ever stay away from trash who stole my money. Don't know how they are in business. Time to sue them. Most disgusting ppl ever met .

    Thank you for your feedback. We believe we worked with you directly to answer questions last year. All parts requested under warranty, which covers manufacturer defects, have been replaced in early 2024. The remaining issues appear to stem from improper storage after delivery, which is outside the scope of our warranty coverage, although we continued having conversations with you and the dealer to find a solution. We are unsure where you two landed on a solution, so please email us if you are still experiencing any issues, as we have not heard from you recently. We’re happy to continue the conversation and provide further guidance as needed.
