    We purchased our home from Nielsen April 2022. From April 11. ,2022-Sept 27, 2022 we had constant water in the backyard due to the grading of unimproved lots behind us. This prevented us from being able to install fencing until the water cleared up. We contacted Nielsen several times only to verify told the grading would be fixed once the houses went in. 2023 we had no issues. Starting June 3, 2024 after Nielsen graded the new homes, water started accumulating again due to rain. Houses behind us then started to water new lawns which pushed water over 5 ft into our yard. This water was constant through Aug and did not dissipate. This water is supposed to flow downhill yet remained in our yard. We contacted Nielsen once again yet they refused to fix the drainage issue citing new lawn. Feb 23, 2025 it rained and once again water pooled along the fence line and did not move downhill. All this constant water is destroying our lawn and will rot out our fence. We would appreciate the grading to be resolved since we are unable to grade other peoples yards.
