I was told everything worked in the camper by the salesman I got it home that Thursday have had the refrigerator turned on electric and or gas and I can only get 57°. I called the salesman and talked to him and he said yes in the deal that the fridge did work but the refrige only cool down to 57° in all I want them either take the camper back or fix the fridge so it works properly I contacted them today because I contacted the salesman Saturday and he said that the service department was supposed to get a hold of me they have not so I called her again here this morning Tuesday morning 5 to 13th 2025 and the salesman up there told me that they sold it to me as is and I told him I was told that the fridge worked and he wanted to work open a worksheet for me and charge me to fix the refrigerator I don't feel that I should have to pay for that because I was told that everything worked

Before **** purchased the unit, which is 2003 Lance, it was plugged in to electricity at our dealership for him to come look at and inspect. **** came a few times to look at this unit while it was still plugged in. During these times he could have checked everything out that he wished. He was sold this unit "AS IS" and as a budget buy. This means that Noteboom RV does not inspect or touch anything on the unit. As a goodwill gesture we replaced the shore power cord, added a battery, and filled the propane. We feel we he had ample time to check this  2003 Lance over before purchasing and in the attachments he signed an "AS IS" form stating the purchaser will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exist. Also attached is a Repair Order showing the  shore power cord replaced, along with the battery and propane as a good will gesture toward the customer.

Again, just to restate, this camper was sold "AS IS" and a budget buy, meaning we at Noteboom RV did not and would not go through any of it. The 2003 Lance camper was plugged in allowing **** to check the camper on  his own.  It is a 23 year old camper and we do not verify appliances are in  working order. **** signed paperwork stating the camper was purchased "AS IS" (attached previously). We did replace a $250 power cord, sealed some areas, and topped off the propane. **** came back to Noteboom RV at  a later time and acted very inappropriate. We will not tolerate him yelling and swearing in our dealership.

Yes I bought the camper as is and I was told by the salesman that everything worked properly well they knew the fridge didn't cool down all the way and I was getting the runaround with them and I was tired of it and I am tired of it you know what I really don't care about notaboom because they do have a bad word out on the streets about him and I will never buy from them again and I will tell all my friends not to they lied to me and $5,000 for that older camper and a steel I should have walked away from it
