    On December 8th I placed an order online and pair for rush delivery for a corporate team outing. The package was mis-delivered by *** and this was brought to the attention of the merchant. I received a generic response advising the tracking showed delivered . As they were not helpful I reached out to *** myself and filed a claim and the courier has since approved the claim however they have stopped responding to me and as of today I have not received my goods or a refund. Meanwhile, to expedite this process and ensure a swift resolution, we kindly ask for your assistance in checking with your roommates or household members to confirm if anyone may have accepted the package under the name ********

    I am rejecting this response because: the confirmation of delivery does not reflect the ship to address provided to the merchant. Additionally the person that allegedly signed for this package does not reside at my address and lives in a completely different city. 

    As a paying consumer the merchant has failed in the following ways :

     

    1. provide the product purchased within the 2 day delivery window that was paid additionally for at a cost of 20 dollars . 

    2. Failed to provide a resolution in an efficient manner after a clear logistical error has been identified.  Now 18 days outside of missed delivery commitment of 2 days 

    3. Failed to provide clear direction on how to handle an error caused by their chosen logistics company causing further inconvenience to their paying customer to do all the investigation with courier. 

    4. The claim time frame this merchant follows violates Fl  statute 501.615

    UPS concluded its investigation and furnished evidence of delivery, confirming that the package was indeed delivered and signed for at the specified address. Given the uncertainty surrounding the successful delivery of a replacement to the same address, we opted to issue a complete refund. The customer was duly informed via email correspondence, and upon confirmation, the refunded amount was promptly reversed to their PayPal account on the very same day. Please refer to the attached documents for verification.

    Paid for an online order. Never received the items. Cannot phone the company - accepts email, texts or messages. No response after multiple attempts with each mode of communication.

    I have ordered custom t-shirt on https://customoneonline.com/. This is a scam and not a legitimate business. Purchased merchandise is not provided. Shirts are supposed to be printed on the same day, and that's how they get you. They charged my credit card for the agreed amount and then another charge was made to my card for over $**** labeled as "refund".

    Bogumila placed a last minute order online. She disputed the charge after that as she was afraid that the order won't arrive on time. After receiving the t-shirts, she reached out and said she is happy with the t-shirts and the quality and canceled the dispute herself. We can't share her emails, but you can reach out to her to verify.
