    I placed an order for vanilla beans on April 2, 2025. I paid $63.00 through Shop. I received a notice through Shop that my order had been delivered. I expected to find my order when I got home but it wasn't there. I contacted Vanilla Bean Kings asking for information about delivery explaining about the delivery notification however I didn't receive my order. They responded telling me it was delivered as they had confirmation through USPS. I explained again I didn't have my order. They told me to go to the post office ask if anyone knew about my order delivery and to check with my neighbors. I followed what they said to do and no one knows anything. USPS says their records show it delivered. My neighbors do not have my order. I did find out that a couple other people on the street had packages stolen. I contacted Vanilla Bean Kings several more times asking for a resolution. To have my order either replaced or my money refunded. Their reply is basically we shipped it, it says delivered we cant do anything. I replied that it may say it was delivered however I do not have my order. I told them it may or may not be their fault but It sure isn't my fault I don't have the order that I placed and paid for in good faith.

    Vanilla Bean Kings shipped this order to the correct address, and tracking information provided by USPS is showing a successful delivery to the address provided. In accordance to store policy, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments if the carrier is able to confirm an accurate delivery. Because the customer is aware of other mail theft in the area, I would again, recommend reaching out to the local post office to make them aware of the situation, as well as assist with a stolen mail claim.
