    I ******* ******* paid $1400 towards the rebuild of the 4 wheeler at the same time of purchasing it for $1300 in the summer of 2022* ***** ****** was hired to rebuild the machine and after months of no contact i filed small claims court papers. I informed him of the papers and he called me saying the machine would be done soon, so i did not file the papers with small claims court. This was a lie to hold me off. He then continued to rarely respond to my texts or calls. Once every 2/3 weeks, if that. Now its been nearly 2 years and he tells me he "finished it" and when he started it, it made a clunk and it is blown up all over again. This could mean the machine cannot be rebuilt another time because of the bore limitations of the motor. So besides all the time lost, theres a possibility of not being able to rebuild this motor at all now. I was able to get him to leave it outside so i could pick it up. He left it in the rain causing all the electrical so be covered in water. I have pieces of the machine but i do not think he gave me everything. I will take more pictures as well. Being that this has happened over the course of 2 years, ive lost previous photos and texts that would have been evidence. And exact dates are blurry.

    I understand the frustration. I do apologize for that and I am willing to send a check to you for the 1400$ for reibersment.

    I need to know where to send and what to make it out to. 

    I would also like to add that the atv was left outside in the rain, but it was under a tarp  along with the extra parts(besides for the extra plastics and the extra rims and tires).

    Once I get the information on where to send the check I will do that within the next day or two.

    I have not recieved the $1400 check they stated they would pay to me. If it is just taking time to go through, i would like proof of deposit because i have reasonable belief they will not pay it.

    I can call and get the recipt for it if it's not in by noon tommorow.    Check was deposited for 1400$ into the account listed before.
