    On Oct. 4, 2021 I gave Julio ******* a check for $***** to re-shingle my home. After that date he called several times and left messages apologizing for the delay and promising to get the work done.

    When the work still was not even started by April of 2022 I called him. He promised the work would be completed by 5/20/22. When 6/15/22 arrived and there was still no sign of any work, I called him and told him I no longer wanted him to do the work and wanted my money back.

    Since then he has promised more than once to return my money (last leaving a message on July 11, 2022), but has not done so.
