    I feel I have been pressured and victimized tenant. Who was innocently moved here, thinking I have found a place you would call home. The landlord is only your friend when you pay him. He makes surely he doesn't miss a beat of any tenants payments. When i have made a complaint of things to be fixed due to landlord fault. They have failed to get done in timely manner but still expects you to pay rent. These apartments are supposed to be condemned if you needed a reference of conditions of these buildings. Hell, I have friends who are older then me. Says the structure was the same as it was built. No updates was ever done. Some will say "landlords special" slap some paint call it good. Seriously. I wish I was only joking about that statement myself. He lacks to show proof of age of anything making it's your (tenants) fault. Reality it's him! But man when it's time to pay tenants security deposit. That man surely knows how to hide when it comes to do big boy stuff. Don't worry they will find you. And make you pay! I have been patient long enough to let things process. These apartments need to be condemned like he was in court for years ago. He's failing to do so also. Do not rent from him. He has horrible reputation.

    False advertising. Very dirty, no maintenance done. Way over priced
