    On June 14th 2024 I purchased a 2020 Montana 3741FK RV from Jerrys for $56249,00 paid in full. Cash purchase.

    There were a handful of repairs that they needed to do to prior to us taking the RV home. We pointed out a few of the obvious things that needed attention and agreed to come back 1 week later to allow time for them to go through the RV and verify all systems were working and make needed repairs. The salesman confirmed that everything on the RV was operable and that they would have it ready to go the following week.

    June 21st I drove 360 miles one way to pick up the RV. None of the sales or service people were prepared to show me the unit or demonstrate any of the RV's features. I was just told to hook up and get home and I could call them to go through things.

    I drove 360 miles back home that same day. When I got home I opened up the unit and found that the dealership had done nothing to repair the items or verify that the systems worked. I then texted and called the salesman that same day expressing my concerns. He asked me to make a list of the things that were in need of repair or service. I did and sent it to him along with my plan to take it to a local RV service center to get it gone through the next day. I was not doing another 720 mile round trip back to their shop. I have detailed lists and photos of all the things that were missed by them not servicing this unit prior to selling it. I repaired most of the small items myself had all the remaining repairs done at ****** ** in Rapid City, SD. The most noteworthy was full front A/C unit replacement. Total bill for just ****** ** was 4401.69 which I paid personally.

    I emailed **** at Jerry's the bill and asked for a reimbursement. He called me July 16th to offer to cover 2200 and 'call it good'. I was not happy with that offer, and we talked for about 25 min. He was going to talk with his bosses and get back to be. 2 weeks have past, I texted him Tuesday and no response.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    They paid the bill and I cashed the check yesterday. Took a long time to get resolution but they did finally send the check.
