Business Response /* (1000, 17, 2023/01/24) */ I have looked into this complaint and found out the following information in regards to it. The fan at issue has been replaced and the front door was adjusted. They were also given a storm door that was installed at no charge to the customer. The other issues had nothing to do with work that was done by Custom Touch, that was work done by the on-site contractor. It does sound like the garage door has been taken care of and the drain is scheduled to be taken care of this Spring when the weather allows the work to be done. It is my understanding that the project manager that was originally in charge of this project is no longer with the on-site company, which caused some of the miscommunication. I believe the customer is aware of all of this, but if there is anything else that needs to be addressed, please have them contact us. Thank You! Consumer Response /* (2000, 19, 2023/01/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I agree with most of what has been repaired as of the fan is replaced the garage door is fixed but was told they would install a bigger door opener that can lift the garage and shut door tighter and easier as the one that is installed now is for a lighter door does not shut at bottom tight floor drain I guess will see what happens in the spring sounds like the cement will need to be tore up in replaced the front door was not adjusted I had to go out in buy a storm door at my cost of ****** dollars to fix there issue of the front door not properly sealing so far no snow or water in house thanks for helping in this matter
