    Carmen,

We just received notification of your complaint you submitted through the BBB. Regarding the concern that your card was run repeatedly, it appears you submitted the order multiple times (with several declines from your credit card company because of an AVS mismatch). This usually means that the address set for your credit card billing address didn't match the address you provide to us. The banks have tightened up security rules, therefore, the two addresses have to match. We do not receive any money for these AVS mismatches, the bank holds the money then puts it back into your account.

However, your order did go through successfully on March 24 and you received access to the training, along with a confirmation email as soon as your order processed.

You were also able to log in and complete the course successfully by March 26th. Your MAST permit was also sent in the mail on March 27th.

I believe all your concerns have been addressed, however, if you have any additional concerns, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

    Sincerely,

    Hannah
