    I purchased a puppy from Addison *** * *** *** ********** *********, in September of 2021 with the promise of the dog being a "papered pure bred". I paid $******** for the dog and planned on breeding her. The Owner told me because of COVID the registration could take 6 months to a year to process? ( not sure?) After 1 year, September of 2022 my husband started trying to reach out to her to get the registration papers. She would not answer, or return, any of his calls or messages. That is when I finally reached her by social media and she informs me that she has not even submitted her paperwork ** *** ******** ***** *** ******** so they can start the registration process. In the last 3 months she has promised me several times she will "start the paperwork" but has given me no information showing that she actually has done so. She is not answering any of my calls or messages now. All I want is what I was promised when I purchased the dog, registration papers. The dog is in her 2nd heat now, and can be bred the next time she is in heat, approximately 6 months from now. I need the registration papers so I can find a compatible stud to mate her with.
