      Coldspring Granite failed to deliver a monument for my mother within the contracted guidelines. Once I was informed of the potential delay I spoke directly to Coldspring and informed then and Lakeview Cemetary that we had planned a family gathering at my mothers graveside and that we had family members who were traveling from out of state and had already made travel arrangements. I was assured that they would move up the engraving and that the monument would be delivered on time. I was not informed that the monument would not be delivered until October 13 as I was on my way to. Cleveland. I ask for an apology and some form of compensation for them not meeting their contracted delivery date. And to date no reply. I think that businesses such as this need to be regulated by the states and have accountability when they accept payment and do not meet contractual obligations
