I had an agreement with a hardship program with this company that I have paid for my payments were made in the amount of $15 and they were made on time. The company broke the deal and have reported to the credit agencies that I am behind after I have spoke to them and they refused to help me. They did not follow through on their end of the deal I want my credit report fixed and I want the money back. I have been being charged every month for their corselect membership. I have contacted the corselect membership department multiple times to cancel the membership but have never received any response. This should have been cancelled beginning October 1 2023 but I’m still being charged. I called the cortrust bank card center about this issue only to be told they can’t do anything and that only the corselect membership department can help me. Unfortunately I don’t see an actual response on here. But I do want to thank the business for correcting the issue. I have received the requested refund and it is greatly appreciated.

Cortrust Bank credit card is reporting the incorrect information to the credit bureaus concerning my balance. My balance is zero and when I filed a dispute with Equifax, they (Cortrust) refused to correct the information.Business Response
