      I am filing a complaint toward Mitchell Roofing and Siding due to lack of contact and the ability to finish the job/work they were contracted to provide. On July 11th of 2022 I signed a contract with Cody the salesman for $****** worth of siding, soffit, gutters, and roof remodel. We wrote check at that same time for half the amount roughly $******. I was told work on the roof would begin in a few weeks and the siding after that followed by gutters etc. The roof was completed by late August and I have not been able to get ahold of the company since. My wife has even reached out through ******** to Cory the owner and he messaged her back and told her they would be in touch with me soon.....she left all of my contact info with him and still no response...he mentioned that they pride themselves on customer service!...that email exchange was on the 27th of October. Nobody has reached out to us since. I have called the company almost daily and I am told that all persons are busy who can help me and they take down my name and phone number assuring me Il receive a call back. I am still waiting for the call back. I also called Cody(salesman) on October 31st and he answered and told me he'd find out why the delay. He texted me back within a day and told me the material was on it's way and he's sorry for the delay. That was almost 30 days ago.....I cannot believe that a simple ranch house with a single garage has taken almost 5 months and counting. ************************************************************* never have I been treated so poorly. My wife and I chose Mitchell Roofing to invest in because on the TV adds, the owner says he stands by(and on) his product. We figured this was an honest company with honest folks. As a side note, the roof only cost $****** so for almost 5 months Mitchell roofing and siding has been holding nearly $***** of our money with nothing on our end to show for it...not even a couple phone call updates in the very least.

      Mitchell Roofing & Siding LLC has agreed to contact the homeowner by the end of the year 2022 and to call the homeowner to schedule a time for workers to come out and do measurements to complete the project. The people who will be coming would be Brady and Randy from Mitchell Roofing. Hopefully the work can be completed quickly depending on any really horrible weather. Thank you.
