    Took over two months to fix a dishwasher.... ***************** and horrible communication. It took me threatening to bill them for me fixing the issue for anything to get done and expedited. No ownership taken for dropping the ball and a very insensitive apology which also indicated they weren't taking ownership of the issue.

    Would also give negative if I could, recently took over my complex, and I decided to move out. $7500 is what they are charging me. New flooring, no details, carpet or linoleum, don't know, I have asked and no response. Ridiculous charges from the minute they took over, but their fees for move out is insane. And I have pictures and will be fighting it. Upped the rent, started charging for water, installed internet and made us pay for it, in our lease if we wanted to renew it with then. Didn't do their accounting right and trying to charge me extra fees because they didn't do it right. Avoid this company.

    J and M real estate group took over my apartment complex a year and a half into my lease They were unaware I had pets and was to be charged,as a good Samaritan I called them and let them know they need to make the change So first they had no idea about my lease. I also paid a $800 deposit along with $100 every month for two years equaling up to $3200 for just petsWhen my lease was up I left. they charge me a ridiculous amount of almost $400 for painting,no additional info on why I didnt get my pet deposit back,(on the final decision said nithing about pet damage) I was denied that return of $400 so out of 1600& I get 140$ back. They are very unprofessional. They are very unaware and they were all about taking the money. and I truly feel that they need to be looked into on financial frauds not just on my situation but on other tenants who are afraid to stand up!

    I applied for a town home with J & M Real Estate Group at a place called ***** Estates Town homes. My partner and I paid $60 dollar application fees for a total of $120. The property manager was very unprofessional! We made numerous calls and sent numerous texts, voice messages to check the status of our application and we never heard if we were approved or not. I feel we were not contacted back due to discrimination. The property manager told us that she would call us back and never did. I think in this case a denial would have been more appropriate then not contacting us at all. Very unprofessional!
