      Sold me a vehicle with a failing fuel pump, took it back to "put the battery on the charger". Brought it back to me to immediately fail to start again in my driveway, and refused to do any further work on it. They did offer a check for less than half the price of the repairs at an actual shop.



      The sales team was excellent and as helpful as possible. The service manager presumably washed out of a ********** somewhere. Completely unscrupulous business that not only doesn't care about their customers but will actually go out of their way to make your experience worse. Avoid at any cost.

      So I have been waiting on door frames for my car since end of may 2022. I was even told by Becks Collision center " oh be glad you drive a ***, cuz those parts are alot easier to get". Today 9-1-22 I find out only because I MADE CALL to parts dept that all of my parts finally came in YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. Then when I called the BECKS body shop they didnt even know that the parts had FINALLY ARRIVED . Not too mention that now I have to wait ,AFTER WAITING MONTHS ALREADY till Sept 12th for them to start work on my Car!!!. I suggest none of you go to Becks or BECKS COLLISSION for any repairs********************************************************
