    I placed on online order with Man The Line for two items, totaling approximately $75.00. This was on Saturday, March 16, 2025. It posted to my credit card account. I have not received a confirmation of the order. I have not received a receipt from MTL. I have not received any shipping information. I have sent two emails and left one phone message in the past week trying to confirm that I am going to get my items. If not I would request a full refund.

    I won two auctions from him at the end of Aug. I paid separately for each item, which cost the same amount. I paid with a personal check on each occasion. It took 1 month but I finally got the first item. The second item still shows as "pending payment" (see attachment) and he is claiming that the check for the second item was not received. However, the check was obviously received and cashed, and this was for that order as per the Memo on the check (see the attachments which clearly shows the order number on the vendor site as well as the check). He never responds and all I want is the item that I purchased. Absent that, I would like a refund.

    Placed an order on November 27, 2023. My credit card was billed and paid. I have not received the items ordered nor any updates from the company. I have made repeated attempts to contact them through email and via telephone (left voicemail twice). When I log onto my account, the website states the order is being processed. I recently made another order which I received in 3 days but still no info on the November order. I would prefer to receive the items I ordered but if that is not possible, I would like a full refund.

    An order placed on 11 Feb 2024, received confirmation email, then several days with no shipping email, have now sent several emails asking them to either ship or refund, but they seem intent on stealing money and not responding

    I ordered a reproduction P1917 USMC a jacket from this company through ****. The listing said that I was ordering a size 40R. When I received the jacket, not only did it not fit like a 40R, it had a sticker inside with a “42” written on it. Obviously I wanted to return the item and get a refund for it. I was fully willing to pay shipping costs which I made clear in a message sent to the company. I called the company number and each time, it has only gone to voicemail. I sent a message to them on eBay as well as an email to their company email. No response from any of them. I’m not satisfied with their service as a business. Not only becuase I didn’t get the advertised item but also their lack of customer service.

    On 7/16/2023 order #52130 I ordered a pair of pants. I received size 34 and I need a size 32. I eMailed them and they said no problem we can exchange them for a smaller size. I sent them back and tracking shows they received them. I have not received the correct size, and they do not respond to any of my eMails.

    I made two separate purchases orders with Man the Line.. months later I still have not received my orders. I tried for the past 6 weeks to contact the company for at least a refund. No response

    On 9/28/2022 I ordered an ******* *** * ** * rifle forend stock. I received an order confirmation the same day (order #*****). The cost (total) was $******. I have not received the item to date (5/09/2023). I have emailed and phoned numerous times and have yet to receive a reply. I just want the stock.

    I ordered over $*** worth of goods from Man the Line this past Janurary (2023) and have not yet reveived any part of it. I've sent near daily emails for two weeks with no response at all. At this point I just want a refund, but no-one will talk to me.
