    This website is a SCAM!! Beware! I ordered 12 skeins of yarn from this website on 12-28-23. When I got the invoice from them later that day it stated that I had purchased a man’s 2 pc suit. I immediately tried contacting them. When I clicked on their email it was an invalid email address. So I clicked on “contact us” and filled out a form telling them about the mistake. I paid via ****** so I checked to see if their email address was listed there. It wasn’t, only a man’s name that did not match the website I ordered from. Which honestly confused me bc ****** says they protect you from things like this so I was surprised they would accept a member who did not provide an email address. I have been trying to get my money back thru ****** but I’m still waiting on that. As far as this company goes it seems like I will never hear from them again. And I have not received the yarn I orders or the suit that they tried to say I ordered!!

    You states that the complaint can’t be pursued because they don’t have a valid email and that the business is closed. Well, they are still accepting “orders”. If you don’t pursue this they will continue to scam people.

    I placed an order with Basic Yarn on October 10, 2023. I did not receive a confirmation of the order, but the amount was paid and collected by the company. I have been checking weekly in the status of the order which simply says “processing”. After several weeks, and attempts to contact them regarding the order, it has become clear they have no intention of responding to my emails on their site nor fulfilling the order.

    I am asking for the order to be fulfilled or cancelled and the money refunded.
