    I WILL NEVER Bring My Vehicle To Belly Brothers Ever Again. They Charged Me $103 In Labor To Replace My Front Headlight. They Fixed It In Less Than 10 Minutes. The Also Supposedly Fixed My Window Wiper Motor Charging Me $44 For The Part And $117 For Labor, It Doesn't Work..I Filed A Complaint With The Better Business Bureau. The Take Advantage Of People When You Get A Estimate. Very Poor Communication With Staff Working At Front Desk. I Want My Money Back And I WILL BAD MOUTH THEM TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN..     Hello Roberta, We have tried reaching out to you a couple of times regarding your concerns with no answer or response. Regarding this project from back on 6-4-24 we have credited the labor of the headlight to your account shortly after your first concern of $102.90. Looking at the invoice we had not done any work to the wiper motor but looks like we have done work to the washer pump. If that has stopped working we will gladly look into the problem and try to resolve the issue if it is related to the washer pump. It also looks like the estimated amount of the job was $3313.02 and the total of the invoice is $2510.18 after the applied credit to the account of $102.90 for the headlight labor. Also there was an added discount of the project per your request of $122.24. Please feel free to reach out to us so we can try to further resolve this concern as we do not like having unhappy customers.
