      After the company lied to me several times about the maintenance of my boat, I asked for a meeting with the owner Ashley. She was aware of all the wrong doing her staff had caused and because of that we were stranded on the water for 4 hours. Upon having discussions the second owner walked into the meeting and started yelling and cussing at my family. He stated we need to take our shit boat somewhere else and to get the **** **t. All because his staff has messed up on several occasions. I felt very threatened in such a hostile environment. He continued to yell and cuss at us as we exited his establishment. It was a scary encounter and one that needs addressed..
