I simply signed up to win a side by side vehicle. I received a call that I won "a chance" to get a key and had to go in person to the site in my state. The resort was adequate, even for Pandemic situations. But we were made to believe that if we paid down on the membership that day, we would only need to pay $2000 more to secure the lifetime legacy membership, and be enrolled to use the Coast to Coast feature as well. So 2 years later, the $2000 having been paid off and we used the site once, they give me a statement that I now only have $3600 left to pay! I argued and was told this is what I agreed to when I signed, there is no backing out of the contract. I left it alone, and when my child was diagnosed with lymphoma, and I had not been using the membership, I asked about cancelling without refund, I just needed the money they were taking every month. They agreed to a 6 month pause, and then began attempting collecting. I did a stop at the bank to them and looked into litigating a way out of this. They continue to call me, stating each time is the last before my account goes to collections. At this point, I am just going to let it. My warning to others: DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!!

I was approached at a local children's fair to enter for a free scooter for my kid, I obliged. Several weeks later I received a phone call from Kayla stating that we had won a hotel package and a $50 e-gift card as well as a key to see if it unlocks the scooter. We set up a time to pick up our prize, for whatever reason she insisted my husband come with. So we went to collect our prizes and were stuck in a 3 HOUR LONG presentation full of kids and false promises from a man with little to no intelligence. He finally realizes we weren't interested and let us leave, but in a very rude way. We received our prizes and he pushed us out the door. The "code" for the $50 gift card was not valid. The hotel package is a joke. And the scooter thing was just a ploy.
We were lured to the resort under false pretenses and lied to about their "immaculate grounds," which left little to be desired.
To prey on families at a children's fair then bait and switch them was very uncalled for, unprofessional and unethical. I drove 2 hours and sat for 3 hours to receive NOTHING. I don't even have an RV.
Everything about our encounter was infuriating and a waste of time. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

We did a 3 year trial with them was promised tons and tons of stays and fun activities for our kids, now 5 years down the road haven't made a payment in 2 years I am in collections for on fake documents with changed dates in someone else's hand writing. In 3 years I was never able to use my membership which is why I never upgraded to the lifetime the one time I was able to stay I was booted from the cabin and forced to stay in a tent half way thru my stay. What a waste of money.

My partner and I purchased this membership and spent the only thousands we had on what would be a leisure dream. It's a complete nightmare. No one answers the phone and I cant get ahold of anyone. We were told that we would have access to cabins, hotels, camp grounds, fishing and hunting during our meeting in Bloomington MN. We've never utilized the membership because nothing was ever available and we continued to pay. "Nothing was ever available". I had a meeting today with Travel resorts of America and their person explained that its unfair that we've been misled and we've been taken advantage of like many others. I saved the information they've shared from the meeting and they even went on to explain that a legal team saw issues with the contracts. During the initial meeting my partner and I was told that if we want to cancel to make sure our dues are paid and to submit a written letter for cancellation. Ironically today, we learned for the first time that we are binded for life as a time share! I can't! I take care of elderly parents and they need medicine that's hardly affordable. We don't know what to do or where to look next. Be very careful...We cant keep up and the stress of this is destroying us. We are out of work and ends are not meeting.
