My truck 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 was towed to the dealership 09-25-2024, it took 1 week for the car dealer to let me know what to do and I had to call THEM. It was at the Omaha location 3 weeks before they contacted me to tell me they don’t have a diesel mechanic, so would need to take it to another shop (they knew it was a diesel when I had it towed there) once at the diesel mechanic gateway autoplex stopped communicating with the shop and myself. When I finally called for an update the shop explained the repairs needed: water pump leaking, cv axels leaking, wheel bearings, DEF tank + lines need replaced because DEF sensor is mounted inside. They informed the dealer it would be $3,900 and their reply was “they had to think about doing the repairs OR getting me into another vehicle”, THEY did not contact me for 2 wks of their decision that they would not do either option, that I had put on “too many miles in 5 months of having it”. Mechanical Service Contract does not cover anything DEF related. Leaving the dealer we had a promise to fix the F/R parking sensor & promise of a loaner. As of this review 11-10-2024 my truck has been in the shop 6+ wks! The salesmanship is horrible, they force you to sign other people's names on documents or they will relinquish the contract. They force you into 40k cars and don't give carfax on the broken cars they sell (this had 5 claims in 7 yrs). They didn't provide explanation of extended warranty. coverages. Gateway Autoplex also runs your credit without your consent every couple months at random. They don't stick to the agreements to resolve issues at signing. They will not contact you when you have to take the vehicle to their shop or any other shop if they send it out for repair. They won't help you to fix the problem vehicles they sell to the Veterans, Nurses, and hard working community. I own and run my business and this has greatly effected my financial well-being. But I’m still expected to make a $599 payment without delay.

I bought a truck that was lifted. Was told Gateway would put side steps on it for me. I left. The next day, the salesman told me they wouldn’t be able to put the side steps on. I complained that I only signed the paperwork because I was told it could be done. The salesman said he would pay for it. I returned to have them put on and the salesman no longer works there.

Mason and the team sold my girlfriend a Jeep Grand Wagoneer in January. The vehicle threw an error code concerning a 4-wheel drive sensor. They provided a vehicle to drive and EXCELLENT communication until it was fixed at Liberty Jeep. Liberty wanted to wait until the warranty expired to charge us. Mason stood up for her and did the right thing. Thank you Mason!!

Came into redeem a flyer, instead I left with a car I was pressured into buying. As a young female going into the dealership by myself, of course I was an easy target and was stupid enough to trade in my 2021 Sonata for a used 2021 Kona that mind you, was worse than my car. The first red flag was the double up sell of the car. The Kona I got is only worth $19k and they sold it to me for $40k. The second red flag was I was trying to keep my monthly payments below what I was already paying ($362), but nope I’m owing $545 a month on a shittier car with a safety system that doesn’t work, which is ILLEGAL. The third red flag is they ran my credit down the shitter. They ran 15 hard credit checks which lowered my credit score from damn near 800 to 500. I’m paying off this fucking car and getting rid of it. I would sue the shit out of this place, but I’m the idiot that signed the paperwork, LOL.
