      Bought a 2007 ******** Pacifica from Tony ******** of ******** Auto on highway 44 rapid City South Dakota Tony had my wife and I fill out docusigned paperwork and my wife is the only one that ended up on the title when we went to title it I don't even exist but I signed paperwork went to my emails that state payment and purchase and none of our information is correct made three payments of $150 each traded in a 2004 **** focus for $1,200 are total is 1650 that we've paid with trade in and three payments drove the vehicle 1,000 miles within the first month moved out of state as we were using the first thousand miles of the vehicle to go to work to make money and the transmission completely went out left my son my wife and I stranded on the side of the road for 3 days as we couldn't get a hold of ******** Auto or Tony ******** from ******** Auto for that matter to help us get a room help us tow the vehicle somewhere where he could pay to fix it well we finally were able to rely on somebody we knew to come drive eight and a half hours to haul the car back with us that's 16 I'm sorry 17 hours of round trip driving for a man in his late 80s to haul this lemon this 2007 ******** Pacifica to where we are now in the state of Oregon the car **** out just a little over halfway from rapid City South Dakota to Klamath falls Oregon and now I'm out here for work and can't work because I have no vehicle and I can't afford the amount of money needed to fix the vehicle which actually cost more to fix than the actual full purchase of the vehicle which I am not going to make it's very unfortunate for me and the other people that have done business with ******** Auto because Tony ******** hides behind his secretaries and does not call back we are now 2 weeks since the transmission went out on our lemon 2007 ******** Pacifica that we bought from ******** Auto Tony ******** has made no effort to contact us or end our contract or pay us our money back or help getting it fixed sincerely Cm
