    Climate Air did an outstanding job for me at my home. They are a company that does mostly commercial business but they just happened to open a residential part of their business when I called. My air conditioning was not working and everywhere I called it was a week or longer to have someone come look at my system and fix my problem. This was in July 2024 and it was very hot. Long story, short version! I ended up with Chris, who is the manager of the residential side of the business, who was able to come out the next day! It didn't take long for him to fix the problem! Embarrassed to say but it was from my Golden Retrievers long hair that messed everything up! Chris did not give up in figuring it out and cleaned up everything nicely. It was a process and he stayed in touch with me and checked up afterwards to see how it was working. I have never been so satisfied with a company before! Thank you Chris and Climate Air Control!

    Climate Control Systems & Services in Rapid City, SD did an outstanding job providing the services I requested. Their installation team was thorough and professional throughout the project. I highly recommend this company due to their diligence to go above and beyond the requested work project and provide excellent service to the customer. I will definitely utilize this company for my future HVAC services.
