    On the first day Zack arrived at just after 9 in the morning and said that the panels had to be out of boxes for 24 hours so they could adjust to the environment. After unpacking the panels at approximately 12:30 he said he would be back in the morning. Zack arrive around 9-9:30 the next morning and work for almost 3 hours and went to lunch and was gone for a couple hours and when he returned they worked til 3:45 and left for the day with not much progress being made (we took pictures to document the work). On Thursday arrived at 9:45 and worked for 2 1/2 hours with a break in between before going to lunch. Returned a little after an hour and worked a little bit then left and returned 2 hours later and worked until 3:30 and cleaned up the for the day. Arrived Friday at 9:30 and worked til 1:00 and cleaned up for the day. Tuesday he arrived with Matt about 9:30 and began working. After about an hour and a half they left to get some materials so they could work over the stairs. They returned approximately 3 hours later and resumed work with a couple of breaks before stopping work at 4:00 for the day. Progress continued to be slow and on the next day, Wednesday, they arrive at 9:30 and worked taking a couple breaks before going to lunch at 12:00. They returned an hour later and resumed work at 1:00 and worked with taking a couple of breaks until 3:30 when they cleaned up the site. Again very little progress was made as half of the upstairs was finished. This is much of the same for the rest of the week. At no time did a project supervisor come to check on the job. The work was supposed to take 3 workdays to complete and it ended up being 8 workdays. I asked him to and let us know. We haven't heard from him. Needless to say we are very dissatisfied with how long it took to complete and management oversight. We are available to discuss at your convenience.
