    ?????????? Five Stars for Denture Box Dentures!

    I cannot recommend Denture Box highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, personal, and truly life-changing.

    When I received my first try-ins, they weren’t quite right—but that’s when Denture Box’s amazing customer service really shined. They listened closely to my feedback, made adjustments, and by the second try-ins, things were nearly perfect. By the time I got the third set, they were absolutely spot on—a flawless fit.

    What truly impressed me, beyond the quality of the product, was the genuine connection I built with the team. Through emails, calls, and check-ins, I wound up making real friends with the Denture Box staff. They’re just good people who care deeply about what they do.

    Yes, it’s a process—my final print dentures arrived exactly four months from when I started—but every step was worth it. The quality is simply unmatched. They don’t just piece together teeth individually. Instead, they use cutting-edge technology: the base is 3D printed, and the teeth are milled from a solid puck, giving them incredible rigidity and durability.

    And if any issues arise, their computer-aided design system allows for quick, precise adjustments to ensure a custom, accurate fit. You even get to choose your tooth size, whether you want a big, bold smile or something more subtle.

    In short: Denture Box delivers. The fit, the function, the finish—it’s all there. Their team truly goes above and beyond, and I’m beyond happy with my new smile.

    Do not buy dentures from them! Their products are very poor quality I've had 2 tops break and while they replaced one the replacement cracked as well and they refuse to help me even insinuated it wasn't their denture! I had expressed concerns after the first one cracked and they ignored my concerns.

    I am grateful to have the opportunity to address this person's experience with our company. We have spent many hours meeting with this customer to address her concerns. Our process includes 3 try-ins and she received 7 try-ins. Our post care policy includes a 1 year warranty 1 time replacement no questions asked. When this customer dropped her denture we replaced it immediately. When the second denture cracked we addressed the crack and reinforced the material in that area and sent her a replacement denture. When the denture cracked again our team, which included a doctor, digital designer, lab technician and manager met to review her case. The design had no issues, but what we did notice was that in the pictures that the customer had provided, the denture looked extremely different from our product. We then sent communication of this concern to the customer and said that to better understand the situation we would need the denture back in the laboratory. Especially if we were going to prevent the issue from recurring. The customer then sent 8 emails within 12 hours. These emails were very aggressive and demanding with threats of going to social media to slander our reputation if we didn't address her by the end of the day. As a small business owner with a VERY customer service/ detail heavy business our days are packed. As a team we had already decided to remanufacture the denture using a special process to increase the overall strength. I had scheduled time with the customer's denture consultant to go over the emails in detail to address her concerns and send her a response. Before I could get a response formulated at 3pm MDT the customer posted a 6 minute video slandering our business but not talking about how we had gone above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Never have we ignored this customer and in fact this customer has received more attention than any other person we have worked with. We feel that this customer is disrupting our ability to care for our other customers and that is why we have chosen to discontinue supporting this customer. Have a wonderful day!

    The whole process was easy and affordable. Each and every person at DentureBox was nice and came together to ensure that my dentures fit the absolute best. The designer listened when I spoke and came up with ideas to help me with the issues I had been having. I would absolutely recommend DentureBox to anyone and everyone.

    This company changed my life! I went from zero confidence with ugly dentures, to feeling so confident in my smile that I share my story with the world as Denture Diva Chrissy on Tiktok. I'm able to eat everything I want to eat. My dentures are not only beautiful, but they fit and function better than my natural teeth did! I get told daily that my dentures are so natural looking and beautiful! The process is amazing! I was treated with respect and like a person from day one! They listened to me and what I wanted and needed from a denture. I have uppers and lowers and I have suction on BOTH! they were able to create dentires that perfectly fit my serious undercut and tori on my lower jaw! My in person dentist couldn't even get that right! I have a perfect bite from day one. I've not had a single bad moment during my DentureBox process. They have been attentive and knowledgeable from the beginning. With the 3d printed try ins, I was able to wear it for a week or so and actually assess how they fit and functioned. During my video calls we discussed how they fit and any changes that needed to be made and they sent the next try in which was even better than the last! I had my final denture 2 months after I ordered and there were 2 holidays during that time! The consultants were very nice and caring and payed attention to every word I said! They could see things that I couldn't see. They went above and beyond to get me my beautiful smile! DentureBox changed my life! I went from being in a serious depression to finally being able to smile! They saved my life in so many ways! Words can not express my gratitude. Jennifer and Stef are amazing woman who really care about us and treat us like family instead of just $$ like a typical dentist does! If you need dentures and want to be heard and get a beautiful denture that's high quality and designed to your liking, I highly recommend DentureBox! I am not paid or sponsored! I just love everything about this company! Thank you DB!

    I didn’t get what I signed off on and now have dentures with the midline’s and bite off that will break if I eat with them. My first set broke and they replaced them but with ones I didn’t sign off on. And now they won’t answer any emails or calls. They just threw me to the side and said I’d be fine with what I got.

    Run as far from this company as you can. When you do everything you're supposed to do and still end up with crappy dentures that you can't wear, even if you return them, you get no refund, no nothing, and you're right back where you started, only $1500 poorer than you were. I would never recommend this place to anyone

    I was promised a service that I never got, they got paid and I didn’t get what was promised.
    I have nothing and will be seeking counsel and I urge anyone else who has had issues in the past or currently dealing with them to find me down at the bottom of this review!!
    The other complaints about this company is basically the experience I’ve had with them but worse!!
    This business is nowhere to be found online. The business owners name is unavailable I’ve asked them twice for this information in which they never replied. The only info online at all is the name and address.
    Why won’t there share this?? It’s a SHADY business.
    I wish I did my due diligence I made a horrible mistake giving them my money.
    Do not go through this company!!
    They are horrible at their service and they know it and are still promising great service/product on their website.
    This experience for me started the end of 2023 and STILL trying to get what I paid for!!!
    They have an app that never works, I have to delete it and download it again. Also have to reset my password to get into the app EVERY time. Also when I scheduled the video chats they are 2 hours early because of the time difference that clearly they can’t distinguish the difference and then blamed me for never making those meetings. I was there at the time I scheduled for every time but they were not. Now I believe this is a tactic they are using to make us look bad!!
    As I said my experience is a lot like the other complaints on here. It’s honestly just too much to write down. I will however state all the details in my official complaint. My counsel and I are in the process of finding others who have been screwed over so we have a better chance at doing something about them.
    Pled need your help I know there are plenty of people they have done this to and I will scour the internet to find and I won’t give up on this!
    I also have a video screen recording of the last video chat to save my own bum!
