    Very unprofessional outfit. I called up there last week to have someone give me an
    estimate and they set up an appt for this morning and nobody showed up at the
    time we set up. So I call up there today and some rude woman answers the phone
    who was actually shouting at another employee while I'm trying to talk to her about my
    no-show appt. She had no idea who I was or that I had an appt with them at all for today.
    I know I had the right company because I went back into my call history and this WAS the
    same company I spoke to last week and set an appt with. In hindsight, maybe it was a blessing
    they no-showed because I can't imagine having this 'group' installing a new garage door on my home. My only purpose of this review is to let others know my experience so if/when this happens to them they won't be caught flat-footed like I did after reading all of the great, and likely fake, 5 star reviews on Google.
