    We purchased our home from TNT in June of 2021. It was new construction. At the time of our final walk through, we noted that the flooring was chipped and required replacement. We have been in contact with TNT multiple times regarding this. They have since replaced floor boards, which were worse than the original compliant. The manufacturer came out with TNT and also assured us this was worse. We reached an agreement at that time that TNT would be again replacing the poor pieces of our flooring. They arrived once to fix it, had the wrong flooring, and locked us out of our house. We have since emailed or attempted phone communication every week with them since. We cannot get a response. At this point, we would like nothing but a refund for the flooring and for us to complete it ourselves. 18 months have gone by and our flooring is worse than what it originally was. We are extremely displeased by the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. This is a business that we paid for a product and service that has not been delivered. We are seeking assistance from the BBB per the suggestion of our real estate agent, who agrees this has gone on far too long. We cannot get any response from TNT and would like our home to be in the condition we expected it would be when we bought it. We appreciate any and all assistance you will be able to provide us on this matter.
