    Ongoing Structural Issues and Poor Customer Service Across Multiple Homes
    We purchased a newly built home from \Woodbuilders expecting quality construction and responsive customer service. Unfortunately, our experience—and that of many neighbors—has been deeply disappointing.
    Several homeowners in the community are facing the same serious structural issues, including:
    * Leaking basements
    * Cracked foundations
    * Sinking driveways and front porches
    * Poor drainage and water leaks
    * Cracking and uneven concrete
    * Sloppy interior and exterior finishings
    Despite repeated attempts to contact the builder, responses are either delayed or completely ignored. When they do respond, the standard reply is that the problems are either not covered or not their responsibility—despite being clear construction defects.
    This is not an isolated incident, but a recurring pattern affecting multiple homes built by this company. The lack of accountability, transparency, and commitment to quality is unacceptable.
    We hope this review encourages potential buyers to proceed with caution and that it prompts the builder to take ownership of these widespread issues and make them right.
