    Hired to do an 11 month builders warranty inspection. The inspector came out, looked a few things over and told me a report would be forthcoming. The website advertises 11 month builders warranty inspections exactly what I needed as well as advertises a 24 hour turnaround on the report after waiting an entire week with multiple attempts to contact I had gotten no responses. when I finally did get a response, it was to inform me that he was refunding the fee that I had paid and said that he could not provide me with a report due to some insurance liability issues. there was a complete lack of professionalism with very little communication, mostly in the form of text messages. he should have referred me to another inspection service if there was any question on whether or not he would be able to provide a report instead of wasting my time.

    I travelled over an hour away to the customers property to do an 11th month inspection. Upon completion of the site inspection, I determined I was not going to be able to provide a report based on the information he provided and based on my EO. Insurance policy requirements. I fully refunded the customers payment without being asked to do so. The customer immediately became upset as he was planning on using my report to take his builder task. Customer was not financially injured by this transaction in any way, I was at the property for no more than 15 minutes. This customer is unreasonable and does not understand the implications of my insurance provider, or the service I provide. Customer is free to chose a different inspector as needed.
