    so I purchased an American reel push lawn mower Every time I used it the bolts on the handle with loosen up Halfway into mowing then the other day when I was mowing my lawn the handle completely snapped off where the bolts fit into the handles so now this thing is garbage and useless and I've only used it like five times and I seen another review about the same thing happening so obviously this is a defective thing and they should have to replace it for free

    American Lawn Mower has twice promised to pick up my riding lawn mower for repair, giving me a day and time of pickup. Twice they have been a no show with no call provided letting me know that they could not fulfill their commitment. This means that, if you have take off work to meet them, you are out your wages and still do not have arraignments to have your mower repaired. On the first miss I called them to see if they were still coming, this being two days later. I was told that the first employee had been talked to and told that he should at least have called to let me know he could not do the pick up due to rain. It was then this employee or owner that did not show up or call on the second pickup. It was not until the second call that I was asked my name, which clearly identifies me as a minority group. The catalyst then for ignoring the agreed upon time of pickup may likely be a prejudicial action against my minority group. Whatever the case this company does not treat its customers with respect and consideration.
