      My complaint is that I my battery in my 2021 iron 883 Harley keeps dying. My battery has been bad since I purchase bike, it’s on charger every night and still dies.
      I ride to store come out it’s dead, took batter to Harley dealership off McDowell in Arizona road runner to have it check. Bike was under warranty and I was supposed to be able to get a new battery. Harley charged 200 to look at a battery that was under warranty then they told me that if it passed their special test it would not be replaced I told them why do I have to pay for a battery to be checked that’s ridiculous. Well of course they charged battery tested it and according to them the Harley test kit it passed. Now months later battery still dying over night, warranty ended June and same problem I will never by Harley again. Also battery that comes up as replacement is not the same batter y post I received when my bike was purchased

      I bought a bike at the ********** dealership on August 16, 2022. They arranged delivery.I was told I should have the bike in a couple weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and still no bike!
      I would call but not get an answer to my questions and sometimes not even get a call back. I used the "contact us"on the website, sent a message, I still have not received a reply from that.
      In the past few weeks the dealership has been keeping in touch. But they have no idea where the delivery driver is or where my bike is!
      I contacted law enforcement and they suggested the dealership refund me. I also plan on reporting the bike stolen.

      Black Hills Harley-Davidson had hired a motorcycle shipper for bikes sold during the Sturgis Rally. We had never used them before but they came highly recommended from other Harley dealers that we know. The truck driver loaded all the motorcycles to be delivered and then we lost all communication with him. He would not answer the phone or respond to messages. I was informed that on his route he was out riding his personal motorcycle and got into a wreck and was hospitalized. I can not say if that is true or not that is just what he told us. He is back on the road and the motorcycles have been delivered as of today 10/6/2022. This is not something that was in our control and the driver had impeccable references. We will not be using him again and hope to avoid any further problems with bike shipments.
