    HELLO, THIS MONTH I STARTED PARTICIPATING IN ONLINE AUCTIONS HERE IN THE USA THEN TWO SOMETHING HAPPENED ONE, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THE AUCTIONEER DIDN'T SEND IT I ASKED FOR BUT HE DIDN'T REPLY TO MY EMAILS HE REPLYED TO THIS OTHER I MADE THE PURCHASE AND WAS TO CHARGE MY CARD AND NO IT PASSED I THOUGHT IT WAS DUE TO LACK OF LIMIT I CONTACTED HIM TO SOLVE IT I SAID TO MAKE THE CHARGE AGAIN AND HE DIDN'T NEVER REPLY TO MY E-MAILS AND I EVEN SEARCHED ON FACEBOOK AND HE DIDN'T REPLY AND HE STILL BLOCKED ME I THOUGHT THIS WAS A VERY BAD THING TO BE ABOUT BUSINESSES HAVE TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND WE RESORT AND DON'T STOP SERVING THE CUSTOMER AND DON'T REPLY TO MY EMAILS ANYMORE AND THEY EVEN QUALIFIED ME NIEGATIVE ON THE WEBSITE NOW THERE IS NO MORE THAN THEY RELEASED FOR ME TO PARTICIPATE I FIXED EVERYTHING I GOT IN TOUCH AND I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DISTURB ANYONE BUT WHAT YOU DID OF NOT REPLYING EMIALS AND STILL BLOCKED ME AND DIDN'T EVEN REPLY IS WRONG I JUST WANT TO PAY AND SOLVE THIS I JUST DON'T WANT TO SEND MY ARRANGEMENTS SEND THE FINE I PAID IF IT'S BECAUSE OF THIS..

    **** is an out of country bidder, I tried to give him a chance and charge his card on file for the items won on the auction but the card declined.   I asked for a wire transfer since he is out of country and new to hibid, and he continued to ask to pay with paypal. we do not accept paypal. I asked him to call me to arrange payment and he told me he doesn't speak english. I tired to call him several times before that and had no response.  I have had other auctioneers reach out from the hibid website and have also stated he is a difficult customer.  After payment declined and no communication, I deleted his invoice and have given the items that were unpaid for back to my consigner.   bottom line is he did not pay, no payment no shipping, nothing can be sent to him without it being paid for.  our terms and conditions also state the ways we accept payment.

    Attached are emails between us and the customer and our terms and conditions.

    I tried to charge your card on file that declined. I asked for a wire transfer, you offered ******.  We do not accept ****** as a payment.  It is not our job to chase you down for money.  If your card declines and you do not pay. You do not get your items.   This auction has closed, I tried to charge your card twice without success.  Items have to be returned to consigners and consigners have to be paid.   I have blocked you from bidding with us because you did not pay for your items.  It states in my terms and conditions that if you do not pay, you do not get to bid with us again and you will be blocked and negative feedback will be left regarding non payment

    complicated huh, they didn't solve anything today I'm in Africa I'm returning to Florida at the end of the month this company wasn't in good faith, attached is a photo of a purchase made the same week on the hibid website that went wrong, everything was fine it was the finance company who refused they would have to give you a second alternative is not qualifying me as negative and being rustic, so now I'm harmed
