    This is the absolute worst plumbing service we've ever dealt with, we DO not recommend! Everyone should stay away from this company! We had a water line installed by this company on our new refrigerator in January, found mold and tons of water damage due to their negligence in March. 7 months later we still don't have our house back to normal and have no end in sight due to their apparent inability to handle the situation. They're refusing to pay for the remaining damages at this point.

    Unfortunately we did have a fitting fail on the ice maker water line that we installed at this customer’s home. We responded right away when we were notified that there was some type of leak. We fixed the leak and then immediately notified a water/mold remediation company that went out and dried everything out and treated/tested for mold. We reimbursed the customer for new flooring in the kitchen and our insurance company reimbursed them for the personal property that was damaged. We had made arrangements with a carpet layer to put new pad under the carpet that had been removed and to retack it down which was approved by the customer. Unfortunately the carpet layer is backed up several months and has not been able to get to the customer. I understand this would be frustrating but we do not have any control over the schedule of a third party installer. This customer has contacted our insurance company again asking to have the carpet replaced. This is now in the hands of our insurance company and we have no say in how that will be handled. In all the areas that we were able to control we feel that we acted as quickly as could be expected, unfortunately we are not able to control when other contractors can do their part.
