    Can't go any lower. Home was placed in 93, but they claim that a little surface rust on a tie down strap does not meet code, along with a couple of wooden wedges, then they expect more tie down straps to meet 98 HUD requirements. DO NOT USE!!!!!! Waste of money!!!! I want a refund!!!!

    Terrible! Hayman Engineering produced an inaccurate engineering report which stated the system installed on a 2007 mobile home did not meet the 1996 HUD requirements. In order to correct the issue, the system needed to be completely replaced which they provided the path for which could be collected at time of closing in 7 days. The closing was postponed, the report was challenged, and Hayman had to admit that the report was fraudulent which they stated, "they misread the code". I will not conduct business with this company.
