    We hired BR Roofing to replace our roof the end of June 2024 due to hail damage! As they were starting to replace the roof we noticed how damaged the valley sheet metal was! I stopped the workers who spoke no English to request they would have metal be replaced! The supervisor showed up and said it was fine and they proceeded to complete the work! Once we received the invoice we discovered we had been charged for valley metal replacement! We complained and they simply revised the bill because we caught their fraud! Now I have a gutter that is leaking at my front door so we have had to contact them via VM, email and text! Absolutely no response from the company! I now have a large patch of ice melting into my foundation that they refuse to repair!

    I got a phone call later that day from the co-owner of Built Right and around 4:00 pm two guys showed up and applied dome purple hoop in the joint that was leaking. The snow has melted now so it is hard to tell if we will have additional problems. The co-owner did give me his number to contact him directly. The city of Summerset also stated that they can suspend their license if they do not completely correct the issue! Thank you for your help!
