    I was very disappointed in the work done on both of my properties. The roofing job was not good and I even had another roofing company come to inspect it just to make sure it would even stand up to the weather. I hate leaving bad reviews but despite the workers being friendly enough I don't pay them to just be courteous but to complete the job professionally, for it to look good and be a sound roof. Besides tearing off decorative trim that wasn't damaged until they tore it off, completing different sides of the house differently (no kidding) and breaking an outdoor light, their metal work is very poor, they creased shingles which decreases the shingle lifespan and they leave nails everywhere despite attempting to clean them up. They also took weeks to complete the job in comparison to the last two companies I hired which completed one house in 3 days and the other in a week. Their office manager didn't even send us a bill for 4 months at which time it was almost $****** more than agreed upon and after numerous calls over 4 months she finally gave us a new bill, which still wasn't itemized which is what I asked for, that was $***** less. So it took 8 months to get a final bill. At this point it was not worth me fighting anymore and we just paid them. I would strongly urge anyone interested in hiring them to research other properties they have done. I'm certain you will decide on your own to find another company to do your roofing and if not get copies of all contracts and documentation.

    The properties referred to are not owned by Val Henry. The owners of the properties were not aware of her making a complaint and did not request she make a complaint on their behalf.
    We did not complete the job till September of 2022, the customer was invoiced and they needed an explanation and I needed to do some research on the home to make sure we did everything right regarding the billing. From the time we finished the roof till today is 8 months, I believe we have someone coloring this story as bad as they possibly can, this is extremely unfortunate for everyone involved.
    We have had a very wet winter and there have been no leaks.
    The roof had code issues and besides them having the roofs done by multiple roofers they never addressed the code issues, which is code policy. Addressing the code issues do take time and they have been addressed.
    The homeowners have an insurance policy that does not cover code upgrades nor cover depreciation costs, the insurance company short paid on squares on the roof. All of this needed to be addressed as they would of liked us to do the job for the insurance check only, which wouldn't even cover the cost of the materials.
    The homes are very aged and working on older homes is always a challenge.
    We were not aware of any issues as the homeowner never complained about any issues on the job nor after.
    I have called the homeowners regarding payment on the properties which as of today's date we have not received, they assured me that it would go into the mail today. They were awaiting an insurance check for the shortage of squares, which was received yesterday.
    Any problems with the roofs we will address with the homeowners and get them rectified.
    We believe our roofers do a good job to fix all the issues these homes had and will continue to check the roof and uphold the warranty we do provide.
    Thank you for the opportunity to tell our side of the story and we are sorry that they did not feel they could reach out to us to address the issues. We will continue to be diligent on making sure this customer's roof's last and they are happy with our services!!
