    We have been waiting for our roof to be done for a year and a half. Guaranteed Roofing and Gutters stripped our shingles and then left us all winter without a roof. We got leaks inside the house from that. Our insurance company will no longer pay the amount they quoted us since the job took too long. Guaranteed Roofing and Gutters didn't use matching colors for the part of the job that they did get done. Guaranteed Roofing and Gutters keeps having workers quit. So far we have had two different crews working on our house and neither one finished our job. Guaranteed Roofing and Gutters is very disorganized and don't know what has been finished and what hasn't on our house. I've been told owner is usually outside of Rapid City working in different remote locations so Rapid City is left waiting. Guaranteed Roofing and Gutters threw away our gutters when our contract said we would keep our old gutters. All the water is running into the foundation because the gutters were taken down. The damage inside the house hasn't been fixed yet. Materials were left in our driveway and on our deck for months on end. Screws and metal were just left in the driveway, in the rock garden, and all around the house. We had to pick them up by hand.
