    We purchased a 2023 Forest River Cardinal Red 36MB from Mid-west Campers and Recreation on 4/20/23. We purchased a 7-year warranty, GAP coverage and Surface Protect Plus coverage, all Financed through Premier Bank in Sioux Falls, SD

    This spring, we noticed some things wrong with the camper that would be covered under the warranty that we purchased. We took it in to an authorized dealer and were told that we didn't have a warranty. 
     
    My son-in-law, ***** ***********, called the owner of Mid-west, ***** *****, and he was told that they changed systems so he would have to find the actual paperwork. These conversations went on for months with no information provided. ***** then told ***** that he found the paperwork and would email it to me. ***** provided the email address and nothing ever came. 

    ***** also called the phone number for the warranty to see if they had any record of anything with our VIN number, and they confirmed that they didn't have anything. When ***** brought that up to *****, ***** said that they changed warranty companies, so that's why they don't have any information on it.

    I also called to confirm our GAP coverage, and we were told that the paperwork was filed by the dealership, but they had 90 days to pay, and they never received payment, so we are without GAP coverage.

    I emailed ***** on November 4th, 2024, stating that if we didn't either get our warranty information or a cash refund on our purchase, I would be contacting ****** *****, our lender, the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I did not hear back from him. 

    I have attached pictures of all of our paperwork for your reference.

    In all, we paid $3,495.00 for NAENWAN Vehicle Service Contract, $995.00 for AXIOM GAP, and $1495.00 for NAENWAN for Paint Protection. This is a total of $5,985.

    I would either like the total $5,985 taken off of our loan (plus interest), a cash refund, or for the proper paperwork to be filed and dated to get the full use of the warranties.
