      All I can say is that I wish I had read these reviews before ever signing up with these people. My experience sounds so similar. Don't use Superior Siding.

      I have previously done business with Superior and was satisfied with their work so I signed up for their gutter cleaning service. Unfortunately this was not a positive experience and ended with a somewhat threatening call from the owner.
      Two guys showed up to clean the gutters and were here for less than 15 minutes. After they left I quickly inspected a section of the gutters and found that the downspouts were not cleaned at all and there was still dirt and leaves in the gutter. I took some photos and contacted Superior to dispute the invoice as the work was not completed correctly. The person I spoke with saw my pictures, agreed the work was substandard and offered to send their employees back out. I didn't want them back on my roof, potentially upset about being called out for sub par work so I refused and said I didn't want to pay the invoice. The office employee said they would have someone call me to discuss further. After three weeks with no response I called again and was told I would receive a call. Two weeks later the owner called me saying he has pictures showing the work was completed correctly and that they do not clean downspouts. He said he wasn't going to discuss the issue any further and if I refused to pay the invoice he would send it to collections.
      With no recourse outside of litigation, which would be costly and unjustified over a $100 invoice, I reluctantly paid it. I have video footage from my security cameras to prove my claims as well as a couple of pictures following the job. I want others to be aware of my terrible experience and to be careful if you choose to do business with this company. After speaking with others who have done business with this company and reading other's reviews, intimidation seems to be a common tactic along with substandard work. I will no longer be doing business with Superior and caution others to do so at your own risk.

      Had gutters installed fall of 2022 and initially everything looked good and install was quick. Apparently though they don’t use a level when installing gutters nor do they test to make sure the gutters are actually draining. When hanging Christmas lights noticed water built up in the side without the downspout. Called superior siding early 2023, they came out to look at it and they determined they’d have to lower the downspout side to get it to drain and add extra flashing to that side and this was going to cost me more money. Went around and around with Chad on this. One would assume if you’re paying for gutters to be installed that you’d be paying for functional gutters. Nope. They come to ‘fix’ the gutter drainage by gradually lowering the gutter about 3/4 of the way to the downspout and then mysteriously gravity changes at the back of my building and the gutter literally curves downward to the extent that it has about 1 3/4” drop over the last 10-ish feet. And the flashing they had to install on that side is not the same color as the existing flashing or the gutter. Tried to talk this through with Chad and he kept saying that is what they had to do in order to get it to drain and continuously ignored my complaint of the color mismatch. Chad said he’d call me and let me know when they’d be back to see what my complaints were but never did call to pre coordinate and they just showed up when nobody was home. Finally after not getting anywhere talking to him I said screw it an I’ll fix the poor workmanship myself. Then a month and a half later I get the bill for their bad work. I emailed them back trying to talk to someone no calls back. Emailed again asking for some response and finally get one back basically saying they fixed the gutters because they drain and they don’t care what they look like. Asked to speak with Chads boss only to find out he is the owner. So the owner of the company himself has zero quality standards for his own company. Do not recommend.

      I'm writing this in hopes no one else falls victim to this company. From start to finish my experience has been awful. I'm a widowed woman of 4 and my husband has always handled this sort of thing and i explained this to Eric at Superior Siding and he assured me I'd be well taken care of. Their crew left a large quantity of Marijuana on my 5 year old sons bench in my husband's memorial garden. My roof has striping and now they're trying to sue me. They emailed me a blank contract, I never had a building permit til the day after completion of my roof repair which the owner Chad R*** emailed it to me. The striping of my roof has never been checked up on. This experience has been draining on my family from all aspects.

      From the estimate to the work performed. All of the crews that came out to work on our house have been professional in every aspect and they did some very solid work! Our home looks great! We had new front door and rear door installed along with Hardie board siding installed, new soffit and fascia as well as gutters! They stayed in contact with us every step of the way! I would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior work done.
