      i went to tma mechanic to have the upper a frame replaced on my 1995 chevy k2500 4by4 an when i got my truck back the wheel bearing hub is now shot they copletly damaged it, an now want me to pay another $400 to fix it, i just replaced that right wheel bearing hub 2 years ago, i cant take my truck out of town, they also used a half tank of gas test driving it, please help me get my truck back to where it was before i went to these shysters.

      Our shop manager told customer that we would be happy to do all the work and simply charge him for the labor, since he had the wheel bearing hub replaced two years ago. To do that, though, we would have to have the receipt from *******, as for us to warranty out a job, we must have the purchase invoice/information. Customer failed to provide that, and we had to charge him for the parts.

      Additionally, customer is disputing $900, but the invoice is only for $800.

      We made the offer at the time of service and the customer did not do his part to make it work. The vehicle is nearly 30 years old and is going to have issues. 

      We have done everything that can be reasonably expected to make it right.

      I am rejecting this response because:all they did was fix the a frames, an ruined a perfecly good part, they are responsible for the hub, it was new, i will go to court. its not just the money its a business making money on innocent people who put thete trust in tma, that hub was in perfect working condition i know i put it on myself it has no bearing on the age of the truck. the hub was new, were not talking about the truck, were talking about a part that was fine when it went intp tma an was completly ruined when i got my truck back, how many other customers do they do this with, its no surprise they make money, i just want whats fair.
