      I purchased strider bike for my 3 year old but when I started using it one of the wheel kept coming off and I reached out to manufacturer for refund. They said they can send replacement part but I do not want it since I do not feel safe having my daughter ride the balance bike. I purchased it from target but it was out of return window so I was not able to and strider said they can not do anything since I did not purchase from their website. I would not suggest to purchase this bike to anyone.
