    My ***** daughter ******** had to get in to see a allergy specialist right away. My dr/nurses called 3 different company's. They told me to go to the soonest one which was a company called *******. That's what I did. Appearantly dakota allergy and asthma made an appt for april sometime for my daughter from getting the referral from my Dr. I didn't receive any paperwork, phone calls nothing from dakota allergy letting me know they made an appt. Today I received a statement from them. I called to see why I have a statement for my daughter when we had never been there before. I was very nice, not disrespectful at all. The lady who works front desk her name was Terry she was yelling at me, **** ****, told me to deal with it. After I told her I don't appreciate the disrespect/rudeness she is giving me for no reason and I want to speak to her boss she hung up on me. I called back and she answered and I said I want to speak to your boss please. She continued to yell at me and be *************. I told her again miss I'm done getting treated like this put your boss on please she replied fine whatever and handed the Dr the phone. I explained to him what was going on, why I originally called but also why I'm talking to him now and he said sorry you were offended you have to figure out the statement. I don't send any of these to collections. The way the front staff was completely **************/not willing to even talk about statements they send/not willing to listen to me explain and ask why I got the bill was way out of being professional and very disrespectful for a company.
